What's an appropriate rebate for a demo 228?

Looking at a demo 228 xdrive with all the options except leather.

Car has about 4500km on it.
Asking price is $50K CAD + $2095 transport & prep + taxes.

What would be a good deal / appropriate rebate for this car now that the 230 are starting to get to the showrooms?

Dealer won't tell me anything over email, and will only discuss in person.
Would like to have an idea of negociating room before I make the trip there.

Thanks!

I would not make a trip anywhere without an idea on what price they can offer would be.

At least a couple grand off for a demo, possibly more depending on condition.

Demo the dealer would have gotten $ from BMW too probably $2k. So shoot for 10% off then the extra $2k as well.

My 2015 228i xDrive cabrio was $52.5K CAD with PDI, freight, admin, etc. (after $2K+ disc)
A used previous model year 228xi should get you somewhere between $8K - $10K off MSRP. Don't settle for LT $7K off MSRP.

Depending what dealership you go to and how you negotiate, 10-12k off PLUS all BS fees waived.

Garage List
ask for an additional miles of warranty. WHen I got my 128 a few years ago, they extended the warranty to 55k miles instead of the 50k factory.
