Test drive, research, and go with what you like the best. Don't let the people here sway you. Everyone's wants and needs are different...only you know yours.

As a fellow Torontonian myself, this was my first new car after my 08 328xi coupe died. The xDrive has the M adaptive suspension so you will still retain the fun-factor. I don't mod my car much, I think the stock is more than enough power. The torque on the low end is amazing. In terms of reliability, N55 is a very good engine but when it comes down to the wire which one will last longer, it is unpredictable. This is is my DD car, with blizzaks tires, this winter was nothing for me, no slip or slides unless you force it yourself. I wanted a something a little more so I ordered M performance parts, the performance exhaust makes all the difference...

What's your take on this?

P.S. I'm coming from a 2009 IS250 AWD (which was my first ever vehicle), so never really had any power potential but I still modded it for handling & suspension work, and sound. Both the Bimmer and Audi are plenty fast, but which is would be the more "reliable" German beast?
Test drive both , read lots of reviews and decide which one you like best
