The back looks like this:

http://image.hondatuningmagazine.com...traight-on.jpg

I'm just not digging the new look. I have a 2012 135i and I think it looks better all around. I don't like the front, side, back, or the interior (esp with the iPad sticking out). I like new front lights but the back lights are just ugly. Now if they came out with a car that looks like the M2 renders, then it would look awesome. That's what I have as my wallpaper.

The whole car is beautiful except for the rear, something about that rear that doesn't do it for me.

that modern line ( black 220i ) looks pretty upscale. Nicely done. Too bad we will not get it in the US

I wonder if this car will end up with an accelerated LCI like the E90 due to heavy criticism? I remember how cheap the back of those cars looked when they came out, just like a Kia Rio of the time. BMW needs some people who can design rears, I guess.

I think the biggest problem with the rear is that not only are the taillights just plain too big, it's that they have no sharp corners, they are completely rounded and soft which makes them look bloated and cheap.

Like a girlfriend, looks are subjective right?

I happened to love my X6 when I had it and thought it was a real looker (as did wifey) but that vehicle is heavily criticized by many.

The 2 series? For me there is nothing sexy about it - doesn't stir my soul like I want a car to do appearance wise - might be a hoot to drive though

Going to have to see one of these up close and for real..

I was about the same. My spec is almost the same. I live in Cumbria. I changed the spec a new times. Didn't go for adaptive suspension and worried I made the wrong decision! What do u think?

I ordered (So. Ontario) on Dec. 18 and got a production # on Dec. 27. Currently working to get a March 8 ED.

Does you dealer have an allocation?

I haven't gone adaptive either, my 123d m sport is fine on all roads, never found it too hard so I'm not worried. Might lower mine too so fancy bmw suspension wasn't a must

That makes me much happier. I like the sound of lowering it but not sure about cost.

You don't find the front end vastly better than the E82 ? As the owner of 2, my answer is yes.

The dimensions are very similar to the 1er coupe. Everything has just been tweaked a bit.

Very much looking forward to the M235i Cabrio Racing!

Any idea when the M235i cabrio will be available in the Euro market Scott?
