Ordered 2 new wheels and 4 PSS. Should get that installed on Monday. Also transferred wheels/tires package to my name (cant use for this claim). BMW lied, I didnt dig deep enough to get it transferred sooner.....my fault too. Next is to fight with DMV/RMV and insurance which by some fcked up "law" claim its my fault (points up, insurance up, etc)

Will also be selling 2 used PSS here w/ 50% tread, and 2 bent wheels (no visual damage or cracks) hoping to get some money back to cover deductible

Got 4 new tires today, getting wheels on Monday, so Mon-Tue should be all set to mount/balance and alignment

Here is that pothole by the way. Probably looks worse on picture but still enough to kill 2 tires and rims.

Sheesh that's quite the pothole. How deep is it? Looks about 4 inches at the deepest.

I would say yeah 4-5 inches, thankfully no 90 angles

PS. got $2k from insurance minus $1k deductible. Thankfully have wholesale accounts everywhere otherwise $2k wouldn't be enough

Good deal then, even if in a cruddy situation.

Now - what wheels did you get? Pics!

I love using bent rim / road damage as an excuse for new sets of rubber/wheels, just not too often - that crap is expensive!

Stock I only needed 2, plus now I have wheels and tires protection, I dont think that works on after-martket setup.

It worked out alright considering I still needed the alignment (its been 2 years) and tire were 50% worn. So I am all set for another 2+ years.

But I still have insurance claim that might result in a Carfax report and I still need to fight with insurance to prove that its not my fault. So in the end its not really worth it.
