Slots are filling up quick, ordered just 3 days ago and build is 24/5. Top colour choice, same for me.

Nice 1st post too, no messing!

Nice spec. Estoril was narrowly my second choice.

I got word yesterday mine is now built and is on its way. (Ordered 8th March)

Congrats, welcome to the forum. What R32 did you have? My father had one, great little car. I have driven a lot of fancy things, I honestly had more people stop me to ask me about that (mostly guys at petrol stations) than anything else. Cult classic.

I had Mk V R32. Was a good car owned it for three years and never went wrong just payed alot of road tax for it every year which was only down side and the understeer. There are alot round me now as can get them around £10k mark. Still not seen a m235i on the road. Ordered car from Berry Heathrow the sales exec who dealt with me has a m235i so apart from him im the first customer to order one from there

Congrats! How do you get the side badges removed? Is that done during production, at port, at dealer...?

I suspect dealer does it regardless but for the UK its an option on the configurator to. 1 for model deletion at the back and 1 for side model deletion.

We had the same one in blue. Great little car. Fit the EU-spec wheels and actually just sold the original US-spec to a VW guy, will pay for my winter setup on the m235i.

After the car goes into 'Production Begins' the options will show up.

Ah, I see. I thought it would be available before that just in case one wants to make changes to the car (for example if you notice an error). By the time it goes into production (status 150), it is too late no?

How do you go about making sure that the options you order are correct? I suppose the only option would be to contact the CA directly?

Yeah after your car goes into 150 there is no changing options. Your CA is the only one who can change options up until that point.

Thanks. I suppose I should ask my CA to confirm the options once more since my car should be going into production this coming week. ED pick-up date is end of May.
