question about dynamic braking (brake force display)

So is it true that all BMW 2 series (regardless of region) has dynamic braking enabled? I know that the ones in North America will light up brighter and the ones in Europe will blink, but all f22's have this feature enabled? I also know you can code it. I am always driving so I never noticed this feature. I don't have anyone who can drive my car while I watch, that's why I am curious. I have a 228i with lighting package if that matters.

I know I have seen my friends 235 blink both turn single lights when he is breaking hard, is that what you are referring to? I have always wondered what exactly causes it.

Should be standard on all 2-series... just like you said in europe it flashes and in the US it just lights up brighter...i believe it lights up the rear fog lights..

Have someone drive behind you (at a safe distance as you don't want to get rear ended) and take a video

There was a post on here about coding for the rear fogs too, but I thought that in US this was all disabled b/c of our less than progressive vehicle laws.
