Bingo! You cannot connect to car if Targets are missing. So, your PSdZData is either not installed right, or E-Sys Option are not set correctly to point to your PSdZData.

You can't on the m235 so I don't think you will be able on the m240 either

Anybody know why I miss the "SPEEDLOCK_X_KMH_MAX" in the NBT? I can find "SPEEDLOCK_X_KMH_MIN" in my 2 serie. We also have a 3 series and both are findable there. So its not a problem with the computer, esys or PDZdata... (also can not change my kombi to a performance logo (i got M550D), maybe it is a similar problem?)

User error. Make sure to use search function and click at top of CAFD first. Performance only works on some vehicles. Otherwise you get things like M550, X5M550, etc).

I used the search function! I can find the MAX but not the MIN. I have some that are unnamed... What do u mean with click at top of CAFD first?

Sometimes when searching, E-sys only includes the folder selected and items below rather than searching the entire CAFD. So, selecting at the top of the CAFD will more like ensure you find it for which you are looking.

EDIT: If provide the complete name (ie CAFD_00001ef6_XXX_YYY_ZZZ) or PM me your CAFD then I can take a look.

Shawn or Pickachu,

I went back in today to finish the session I started the other day but when I went to connect I could no longer connect by VIN. It was greyed out, is there something I can rest in order for it to show up or read? Car was running, cable connected. Thanks

Turn car completely off, and let it go to sleep for 30 minutes, and then try connecting again.

I assume this was done as part of the let car sleep for 30 minutes process.

What if anything has changed with the car or the coding laptop since your last session?

Check the cable and make sure nothing is bent.

Here is another tip:A while back I also had no luck connecting via VIN(greyed out).Than I had a brainstorm, and deleted the last .log file from E-Sys and it fixed my problem.I also don't believe in coincidences.Heck, give it a try.
