hi to all,
i've been offered the mtx.6x kit by the guy that's doing some electronic work on my car.
he claims it sounds great without too much hassle, quite cheap also.

i'm a bit worried about the fake exhust noise, it's loud as it is, if anyone that's done this mod or any other speaker upgrade, did you end up bypassing the sound cause it was too much?

I haven't done a speaker upgrade, but I turned off my ASD system with the BimmerCode app. Glad that I did. Now I hear the engine, exhaust, and music separately, without some fictional noise competing for my attention.

I upgraded my speakers to Focals and was quite happy with the results. ASD didn’t get any loader.

I had it in my M235i for four years.
