To the best of my knowledge, Wallenius Wilhelmsen is the parent transport company for all BMW exports.

Apparently it takes about 4-5 days after completion for the car to arrive at the port of exit and the cutoff for the vessel is about 48 hours before departure. That said, BMW's tracking isn't always the most accurate, so I'd trust the shipping manifest before BMW's. Keep checking the W&W tracking page for an initial booking.

I've tried with no luck so I'm going to ask here: can anyone help me figure out when the next ship will leave Bremerhaven please? I dropped off in Paris on June 2nd.

Did you try entering your last 7 digits of your VIN on Wallenius Wilhelmsen's tracking page?

Also, I'm not sure if ED drop offs go through a lengthier customs inspection at the port of exit. The shipping manifest would be the most accurate way of determining which ship your car will be on.

Yeah, I tried typing in the VIN and nothing has shown up thus far. I was just curious what ship it might be on and when. I understand it takes up to about 3 weeks so I might have another week to go.

I would call BMW North America's phone number and speak with one of their representatives to see exactly the status of your car's shipment. They should be able to provide you with some information.

Also, you mentioned that your car was dropped off in Paris? Was the shipment through a third-party company or BMW? Maybe try contacting that shipping company directly?

Yes, ciwhamc, we got our 2014 Mini hardtop in that color. It's called Volcanic Orange, but it's the same color as the yellow lines on the freeway. Little car, big color...so it's easier to see during commute! With the new BMW325i engine and 42MPG, we can't wait to get it! So much power, and fun, it really does feel like driving a go kart, as far as power and corner handling. This waiting is as bad as the last two months of pregnancy, just get here, already!

Awesome. I am a mechanic, and I can't wait to see how the new BMW engines work in the mini. The last 2 engines mini used were not that great.

Thank you for the suggestion! I figured I should try finding the info on my own but since I wasn't able to, I called them and was told my car is scheduled to be on the Garnet Leader which will leave Germany on June 19th with an ETA of July 18th. That falls in line with about 8 weeks from drop off to redelivery for the West Coast.

The agent told me my CA also has access to that info as well. Anyway, thank you again!
