I've tried Eibach, H&R and Dinan springs on e9x and Eibach and H&R on e46 M3's. My fave were the Eibach and Dinan's for retaining ride comfort, I'd bet the formula is carried over for the F22. It appears the Eibach's have retained a nice rake. Be prepared to experience more scraping due to lower height. I'd recommend the e36 bumpstops in conjunction with lowering springs. If I wanted to lower this car without going coilover route, I'd start with Eibach or Dinan based on past experience. Sorry, I don't have any apples to apples comparisons for the F22.

Here's one of my e92's with Eibach's and e36 bumpstops. It looked and felt great, slightly firmer, less body roll, sharper turn in. Pretty much the same drop/rake for an M240i.
