I’m thinking of replacing the manual tranny shifter boot and parking brake boot in my 2018 M240i. Their quality is substandard IMHO. They’d be replaced by Italian leather from Redline leather. I had done this previously in my 2001 330Ci. The quality is excellent. In that car removing the shifter knob required some effort-twisting and pulling up simultaneously. Is that the same procedure in the F22?

yes same in this one.

just pull and twist and it will pop off ?
