BMW dealers near Orlando

So I let my mother, who has been driving a Honda Accord for the last 10 years, drive my new 228i w/ THP and now she wants a BMW.

Can anyone recommend someone at BMW of Ocala or BMW of Winter Park?

I normally just use a combination of Dealer Rater, Yelp and Google reviews.
Remember, the Dealer may be great but if you get that one Salesman that you don't care for... it sours the experience. I usually ask for the most popular (highest rated) Salesman mentioned on Dealer Rater.

Well, I live in Tampa and went with Fields in Lakeland. I have a connection with Fields and talked to the financing manager at Winter Park, who then connected me with someone in Lakeland.

I had some annoyances during the ordering/purchasing process, but Fields generally has a good reputation for customer service

I'll check that website out, thank you. I was actually looking to see if someone here could recommend a salesperson at one of those two dealers.

Don't know if you're still looking but talk to Mikhail Bouzko at Fields South. Fantastic to deal with.

I was still looking and used your recommendation, we just bought a 320 for Mom from Mikhail! Thank you - he was a straight shooter and gave me reasonable pricing on the first try.

I would avoid BMW of Ocala at all costs, they are dishonest. Was originally looking to lease, found a car with an MSRP $500 different than the car modeled on BMWUSA for $4200 down 279/mo 36 months, and they came back with $5300 down 420/mo 36 months. I'm not sure how they're getting away with not even matching BMWUSA's advertising offers.

Garage List
I'd go with Winter Park. They are a Carfax advantage dealer (I've had great luck with these as they don't work on commission and generally offer good prices out of the gate) and their reviews seem to be better than Ocala. Just my two cents.

We did (effectively), same owners as BMW South Orlando. I agree, I'd avoid BMW of Ocala and advise others to do so as well.

Avoid sales people. Email the manager directly.
