Legally mount dash cam in California?
Trying to install a dash cam. Rules for California say has to be in a 5 in.² area in the upper center part of the windshield. It’s not easy to fit it right at the top because it hits the mirror. Would installing it underneath the black mirror mount still comply with the legality of the California regulation?
