Can anyone help with some lease numbers?
So I'm thinking of leasing an M235i...and wanted to talk with the lease geniuses this forum has...
Looking to keep the car fairly cheap...so here's my build-out. $43,100 - M2335i $550 - Black Sapphire Metallic $2,300 - Premium Package $875 - Harmon/Kardon Premium Sound $925 - Destination & Handling $47,750 - Total MSRP as Built The residual would be 63% as I'd be doing a 10,000 mile/year lease for 36 months. Would anyone be able to assist with what an aggressive lease "good deal" look like? I'd like to know what I should be looking for in terms of discounts, down-payment (looking to stay under $1k), sale price, etc... Thanks folks!! |

Mine was similar with the addition of winter package, so $48,300 MSRP, $2K off, came out to:
$1846 down, $618 per month - $23,500 total out of pocket $6K down (MSP), $585 per month but get $4200 back at end - $22,300 total out of pocket |

Good luck getting that, not gonna happen no money down. The numbers they are quoting are higher than that with taxes and $3K down. Mine with $3K down, tax included, was going to be $515 and that's a more expensive car than the $479 offer they have out there (which is pre-tax). Residual is $30,500 or thereabouts on mine.

Here's an aggressive but doable price to keep you at your $500/month payment.
MSRP 47750 Neogtiated Price 45250 (2500 BELOW MSRP, doable b/c I got that offer) Down payment $600 + acquisition fee (725) + taxes + title/fees/etc Monthly payment: $500 Sooo, guaranteed $1325 out of pocket plus your taxes and title/fees/etc Assumptions: 63% residual, .0013 money factor and of course finding a dealer that will sell to you for 2500 below msrp. So you're looking at like 2-3k out of pocket depending on how much taxes are in your state. If you need to keep total out of pocket at 1000 and payment at 500/month, you'd have to remove some options or take euro delivery (which of course incurs other costs) Last edited by five3three; 02-21-2014 at 12:48 PM.. |
