PCD and Tail of the Dragon

Feels good to finally be reunited with her! Had an awesome Performance Center Delivery experience and some valuable driving instruction as well. Took the car up through the Blue Ridge Parkway over to where I was staying in NC, then I hit up the Tail of the Dragon and Cherohala Skyway. Incredible roads, scenery, and views on all the roads. Here are some pictures from the weekend. Sorry about the watermark on the professional photos from the Dragon, I haven't been able to purchase/download them yet because I only have my phone with me.

Awesome! I look forward to seeing more and pics and hearing about it. I'm planning to take a road trip through those same areas in September. Hopefully it was a good bonding experience with the new car

The roads are incredible! I stayed at a place I found on TripAdvisor called River's Edge Treehouses. It is in Robbinsville which is the closest city to the Dragon, about 20 minutes away. Awesome place to stay as you can see, covered parking underneath the treehouse and brand new and very clean inside. Fire pit, along the river, free wifi, covered parking and car wash supplies provided for free.

I can't think of a better way to bond with the car and get to know it! Highly recommended combining this with PCD.

First time taking it to work. Almost put it into a curb already in Sport+ mode. Going to be a bit more careful with that. First RWD car.

The car looks beautiful (not that I'm biased)! The Dragon was a little out of the way for me on the drive back. I'm jealous you got a Dragon run on the way home.

It was for me too, but I was able to make a weekend out of it luckily so it was worth it. It wasn't too terribly busy either. Only got stuck behind people a couple times, most moved over.
