Strange clicking from front wheels when turning in '14 M235i (MP3 included).

At low speeds when making a partial or full turn in either direction, a clicking noise emanates from the front wheels.

After two days in the shop, the dealership replaced a steering column switch or clockspring and lubricated some things in the front wheels themselves, but said that the sound is normal. I have 15k miles on the car and this noise just appeared maybe 300-500 miles ago.

In the MP3 file below, I'm driving at low speeds turning in one direction in a cul de sac with the steering wheel locked. The audio is recorded from outside the vehicle using a mobile phone as I drive past.

Any ideas what this could be?
