No pics, all the bounty did make me feel just a little bit better after spending all that money. I forgot to mention I also got the BMW USB cig charger.

Same haul here. Were your warning triangle brackets missing when you got the car back? That irritated me, but my dealer made it right. Stupid me forgot to grab the Euro map USB key when I dropped the car off - of course that was long gone when I got the car back.

The free food in the lounge might actually be the best part!

I was warned about sticky fingers so I took all the goodies home with me in my luggage. I even brought with me the anchor like bumper hook that I found in the trunk, which I was questioned about at customs!

In addition to the above, I also got free admission to the museum and a chauffeur driven car from the airport.

And in addition to THOSE, I got the factory tour!

Under the heading of "first world problems" I was a little peeved that the promised chauffeured 7 turned out to be a diesel X5. But they did airport to hotel, then hotel to Welt the next morning for free, so I got the bonus plan.

For US delivery I expected and received the cargo net and cheap KMart quality mats. Surprisingly it also had the BMW winter mats in there too so that was a nice surprise.

The dealer also gave me to two engraved BMW key rings. I gave them to my son who drives my old 528i. Too much metal for me to lug around.

My state requires it, but they asked if I wanted it on or not.

If my driver spoke English, I might have negotiated the second drive. But we did get an X6 to ride in and also the factory tour.

Thankfully, my dealer didn't install it. When I picked up the car, they said it was in the trunk and that they'd install it if I wanted it. 2 months of driving without it in Virginia with no problems. Keeping my fingers crossed.
I went without a front plate in NY for nearly 2 years. And then... Over a period of a couple of months I was stopped three times. First time was by a NYS Trooper. Nice guy. Loved the 235i. Told me he'd write me up if he caught me again. Next stop was on a lunch run with a colleague. Stopped by a White Plains police officer. Tougher verbal exchange, but he sent me on my way nonetheless. Next I got pulled over and yelled at by a local police officer. Although he also let me go, enough was enough, and I gladly had my front bumper drilled for the required NYD license plate which I proudly display here:

I'm going to hold out as long as I can. I may go the tow-bracket route.
