My 228i Msport

Here's my new 228i Msport with a track package with the 6MT. I'm really looking forward to future upgrades.

Beautiful car! I got my yesterday as well. I do have one question though - your car has the black M shifter, whereas mine doesn't. It has the Sport shifter - did BMW screw up? Mine is an M Sport w/ Track as well.

Hmm. That's strange. I would imagine that there was a screw up somewhere. As far as I know, the M shifter and a few other "M" labeled tidbits garnish the Msport package.

It is configured like mine with M-sport 6MT and Track package.
Did black grills come installed?

I chose the black grills as a port installed option.

mine is a 2014 228i M Sport (no track pack) I've got the M shifter.

Anyone have any idea what the part # for the shifter is? My CA can't seem to find it; they've sent an e-mail out to BMW support.
