Smile 220iA Mineral Grey (Just recieved)

Hello everyone,
I just recieved my 2015 220iA, yes a 2.0T (184hp), that is because I am a member from Mexico, and fortunately we have that option (wich I can afford).
I am writing in order to hearing your very valuable opinions about this base model I hapily bought.
For most of you, specially the ones in the US, this might be an underpowered engine, but for me is just right.
The Price was around US $32,500 (taxes included), and I ordered in Mineral Grey (and matching mirror caps-wheels) with sensatec black interior and the 8 speed auto.
The standard equipment is very similar if not the same as the us 228 (bi-xenon, bluetooth, 17" runflats, start/stop, reverse sensors, light/rain sensors, and so on.
Hope to learn a lot from all of you.
Regards

Thumbs up

Nice Car. Nice options.

I purchased a 13' 320i in july 13'. I optioned out my car in a very similar way in comparison to yours. I don't find the car to be much slower than my 3.0L 6 cyl 128i convertible. (BMW claims 6.7 128i 0-60 & 6.9 320i 0-60) I think 6.9 was the best time reported for the 320i...but that's not bad at all...It rides & handles like a BMW not a Nissan altima or something.
No regrets on going for a 320i over a 328i. Great daily driver car that always gets the job done and looks slick in Sapphire Black.

P.s. My next car will be a 228i xdrive Sparkling Brown convertible though. Hence why I mainly post in the 2 series forum

Got it... thanks for the info, everything should be similar to the 320 as the weight is similar too! Oh, That Brown on the topless looks amazing, congrats in advance!
P.S. How is fuel efficiency for the 320? I think I´ve been too much time staring at the car -lol- with the engine on and that reflects in the computer numbers.

No complaints! Ty!

About the mirror caps-wheels matching color... What do you sincerely think?
I am getting used to them (I now like´em), but at first, I tought It was too "audiesque" wich I definitely don´t intend to.

Regards!

Personally, I really like what you did with the mirror-caps! It differentiates your car and also matches with the whole grey/silver theme.
