Did U trade 135i for M235 @ Coggins BMW in FL

I am looking at possibly buying a CPO 135i from Coggins BMW in Florida and had a few questions for the original owner if I can find him. The sales guy said the owner traded in for an M235, so I thought I might find you on this board.

PM me if you are him.

Thanks

Is it black on black ? Automatic.
Cause there was a black on black 135i that was a buy back a few states up.
Make sure wasn't originally titled in Maryland.

I did read that article, but not sure it really says anything in the case of BMW CPO. I don't care that it is "certified", all I care about is the extended warranty until such time as I choose to void that warranty by modding the shit out of the car. Also my understanding is that BMW will not CPO a car that is either a salvage or has been in an accident with frame damage. Assuming (and yes, there is a bit of trust implicit in this) you can trust that the BMW dealership is not deliberately lying to you and passing of an un-CPO-able car (salvage, frame damage, etc) as a CPO, there should be no worries about getting such a car. Obviously, Carfax, while not infallible either, is a good part of due dilligence.

Pretty sure the car is not the one you were talking about from Maryland anyway. It was bought from this dealer and is being sold by same dealer after original owner traded in for a M235.
