My BMW website

I signed up for mybmw to track my order, and it worked fine for a few days with the production code. When I got the VIN and put that in I can now no longer sign into mybmw. I keep getting an error "We apologize but Financial Services functionality is not currently available.". I can click accept but i cant log into the site any longer, and its been that way for about a week now. anyone else ever get that error?

I would call BMW production. 1800 831-1117
They should be able to get it straightened out.
