Lease question
My brother in law is looking into leasing a 230xi. How reasonable is it to get under 400/no on a 10k lease with just tax down.

Pretty much impossible I would think without a very deep discount. Based on the 58% residual this month, I think it's a challenge even for a stripped down model.
Ultimately we need more information like sell price, tax rate, etc. My initial look like $33K sale price (zero options), $2k down, 8.25% tax rate (this is just my tax rate in cali) would come out to be around $415/month. |
