Glad it finally got to you. I love your color choice -- totally rich, root beer brown. Very classy and unique. I wish it had been offered in the 240...

Thanks! It's definitely a color that blows people away when they see it. The first two post-detail/nano coating pics are below...more to come. I did a thread on the color (since there were no others) in the color section with a bunch of different angles. Without sunlight it looks almost black. Then in the direct sun, rich root beer brown. My father joked when he saw it (oyster) interior...it's a root beer float! So that's become it's unofficial nickname. (I don't name my cars)

Anyway, I ordered it without ever seeing it on a 2 but kind of figuring it would look amazing. Brown only comes into vogue about once or twice in a lifetime, depending on timing. It's just hitting it's prime again, so it was now or never. I do wish they offered it in the larger engine cars as well. BMW needs to realize some of us will order a car with a more subdued, refined exterior but still with sporty bits. Not every one wants a giant M body kit on every car. That does mean they don't want it to perform like one!
