I soon found out the car was not complete with the carbon interior. It needed the ebrake shifter to be complete.

I have the ebrake installed with pics below.

I also have purchased the rear diffuser and M Perf Exhaust - pics to come from the final installation of these and the carbon shifter.

I like this side skirt decals! Your car is the first picture I have seen that has the rocker panel decals, but does not have the upper side stripe decals (under the body crease).

Did the dealer install those before you took delivery?

Yeah, I was actually thinking the same thing, because I'm getting a white car. The Mustang I have now is yellow, and the rocker panels are a magnet for road tar. Problem is, it really shows up on the lighter colors, so this film would both protect the rocker panel from the road gunk, and hide it when you do get it...

Should add wheels to your list. I love the CF! I'd lose the decals in a hurry.
Nice work.

I plan on the M Perf Wheels once I need new tires (since they come with new tires).

Also, updated first post - just placed orders for the M Perf Carbon mirror covers

Hmm, do the new exhaust tips really stick out that far with the new diffuser? Think you might be able to provide a better side/profile pic of the tips? Are they adjustable, because the seem like they stick out a good two inches or even more in one of your side pics up there...

exhaust question

Quick question on the exhaust - I have an EB M235i and was thinking of getting the M Exhaust put on it, need your advice.
Does the exhaust go into 'relatively silent' mode when you are in 'Eco Pro' and 'Comfort' or is it loud all the time? If it does change with modes, how is that handled, a valve thats wired in somewhere? Any ideas?

i dont have a pic - i will try to take one tonight. I dont think it is quite two inches though....i like the look. I am not sure if it is adjustable -dealer installed so I assumed it is correct.

The exhaust is more quiet in comfort than sport, but It is def more than stock sound. I think this is based on the throttle response mapping more than anything.

I thought they were similar perf wise - a guy with a Dinan might need to chime in.

I guess i found this image which shows it better. Not saying I don't like it, just seems longer than I would have expected. I remember someone mentioning they would frequently brush their legs agains the hot tips.

Ah yeah I remember that post - personally I haven't had any issues hitting them against my legs.

I want to change the brakes.. considering the 18'' BMW M Performance brake system option.. coming from an M6 where the brakes are pretty sharp, I've noticed in my test drives to date this is the only thing that stands out to me as being lacking.

Anyone tried these from BMW? I know there are others out there but I can hopefully get a decent deal on these.
