Genuine F80 brake pads on M235?

I'm due for a rear brake job. I want to go genuine/OEM as I did with the fronts, however someone said I can fit the genuine F80 brake pads for better braking performance rather than the genuine F22 brake pads.

Will they fit? I have the 02NH M Sport brakes, aka 2 piston blue caliper (rotor 345mm, P/N 34206797605).

F2x F3x and F8x share the same 2 piston blue calipers.
