New to BMW

Hi guys my name is Shaikh from Manchester. ive always been a fan of BMW but due to my age i had to buy a honda cause of insurance was sky high. but im 26 now and got the decent quote for the 2L-2.5L car.

My question is i loveeeee the e92bodystyle(coupe) and im looking forward to buy a 2.5L e92 coupe but searchin forums and stuff i came to know that theres been a engine management issue between years 2007-2009 cars. How true is that? since the car ive been looking for is 2007-2008.

2nd question if theres any issue with the engine does it come in 2L(coupe) as well? and how good and reliable the car is? as i ve always believed that BMW is the best. and this wud really dissapoint me if theres any truth in that please lemme know and shed some light on this thank u

I guess. You have no clue about cars, much less their cost. You should try a mini or a Renault to match your insurance concerns. A BMW doesn't seem to match your budget, imho.
