Smile Screeching brakes after changing wheels?

I had my wheels swapped to 19s yesterday, and noticed a horrible loud screeching from the front brakes when braking at very slow speed (driving into the garage)

I'm only at 12k miles and there was no sound yesterday, any idea why it might be suddenly screeching?

Could be a rock that got lodged in the rotor. Had that happen to me. Timing could be coincidental.

Can you tell if it's from both sides? From day 1 my brakes squeak occasionally with light pressure, it's not bad though. New wheels shouldn't have anything to do with your brakes.

It seems to have gone away right when I took it into my indy shop to investigate

Most likely a rock between the dust shield and rotor, like someone mentioned above me. It's definitely an awful noise.

Also possible they smudged the rotor and it took a bit to burn off?
