If this sounds like clicking when turning check your lug torque. I had this issue on my 135i and dealer recommended torque at 90 -95lbs. It resolved the issue right away. Anytime i swapped wheels for winter and summer I would forget and torque at 89lbs but once i heard the click noise again I just re-torqued to 90-91 and it went away.

Thank for this Info! I'll test it once.

But i think this is a problem with the front brake.
When i brake while the noise, does it end....

I believe the reason for the clicking is because the wheel is not turning true (straight). When you apply the brake you help true the wheel making the click go away. I think that is why the extra lbs of torque helps to hold the wheel true.

The other thing is who knows if the torque wrench used is torquing perfectly at 89lbs. It could be off by a couple lbs this is why adding 2-4lbs will negate variance in the wrench. And from what the dealer told me on my 135i torquing a couple pounds higher then supposed recommendation is ok.
