My friend had the same muffler/resonator delete done at a reputable shop here in town for his F30 335i and he said it cost him $175 for the deletes and weld ins. For me, I have a buddy that does metal fab at his shop and he gave me a quote of about $250.

I'll post the cabin sound video here soon for you! Keep in mind, anyone who does cabin sound videos in Sport Mode with their new exhaust isn't going to give you a good comparison unless the ASD has been coded out. I'll do mine in Comfort Mode.

Oh ok yea that is an incredible sound for the price. Might start with the resonator delete just to add a little something. Did you go straight to the delete? Anyone with res delete only, feel free to chime in..

Yeah I decided to just jump straight to it. I will say it is a bit loud on cold start, but other than that its really aggressive and it doesn't drone hardly at all!

When they weld the pipe in for the delete do they use a sacrificial shield to keep heat away from whatever is close by?

I'm glad you asked. Had I not have told them they probably wouldn't have. Thankfully though I was quick to remind him that I wanted him to!
