BSM with M Perf Rear Diffuser NOT PAINTED?

Is everyone painting the MP rear diffuser? Anyone not paint it on a black car, preferably BSM?

I have my OE rear diffuser off my F23 and I was going to paint it BSM. But, I'm thinking maybe an MP diffuser without painting it? Or maybe paint is the option, but want to see pics of a matte MP diffuser.

I've been wondering the same thing for a while. Want to order it but wondering how it'd look matte black on black sapphire metallic and if I'd have to factor in painting into the overall price.

I just ordered my MP diffuser and am planning on painting it except for the center "Fin" parts. I plan on wrapping that with Carbon Fiber.

IND shows a couple options. Granted its not exactly cheap. If i go the MP route. I'm getting just the outside border painted alpine white or option A on the site. Still looking around for other options.

Here's my BSM with unpainted rear MP Diffuser

Also to the OP, I am a former Michigander. Actually, I just left Michigan to move to Dallas for a job in January of this year. So it's nice to see someone from there =)

I love the look unpainted. I'm not sure why everyone is so caught up in having it painted. I think it pretty bad once painted. Lots of highend performance cars leave the diffuser area unpainted.

Thanks everyone. I got the MP diffuser on the way. Dealer will paint match my BSM for $100 and even paint my reflectors! I'm liking the paint match look better.

So far i'm thinking it actually looks better close up than far away. Will probably paint either gloss black or paint match in the near future.

For the diffuser i think painted looks alot better then leaving it plain...

The plain look is something you'd expect NOT from a BMW imo... Any color matched with gloss black in the middle spokes looks awesome i think

I returned from a trip today to find my new MP diffuser from Sun Motors. Opened the robust packaging and for sure I will be taking to the paint shop tomorrow.

I'm going to paint the entire piece BSM and I have my adapters and chrome MP tips ready for the OE exhaust! Also, have the rear reflectors off already and will remove the front reflectors and have them all painted at the same time.

Lucky! I'm paying $200ish for 3 stage EBII paint. Not bad though
