Would these fit? (help please, thanks)

Hey people, I'm thinking on doing a wheel upgrade to my M235i, but I need advice.

Do you guys think these would fit:

Front: 18x8.5 ET35 with the OEM 225/40 tire
Back: 18x9.5 ET43 with the OEM 245/35 tire

The OEM wheels are 18x7.5 ET45 (front) and 18x8 ET52 (back), but I have no clue if what I'm intending to put will work, so your help is appreciated please.

Thank you!

Should work without any issue! Most of our customers run the same with 8.5 ET35 9.5 ET45

Here's an example with the VMR V705 and V703 :

Many thanks for the reply and pics! But, do you think the OEM tires would fit that configuration? I'm kind of concerned that they won't due to the wheels width being bigger. I'm honestly not looking to replace my brand new OEM tires hehe

Thank you again.

No problem, always glad to help

It'll fit safely (still within tire manufacturer's recommended rim width range), though will sit slightly "stretched" compared to your current setup. I'd say run out your OE tires and when the time comes, go for the larger size.

Click "Specs" > Look for "Rim Width Range"

Unfortunately, no pictures on the F22 as of yet. I do, however, have a few examples on a similar body type:
