How much wheel spin?

Are you spinning so badly that it's forcing an early upshift?
58 deg F, altitude of about 500 ft. 8AT in DSC Off Mode (which consistently and somewhat paradoxically gives me the best times), almost no wheel spin (barely perceptible). Oil temperature was 116 - 117 deg C at the start of each run.

MotorTrend's review of the M2 (MT) cites 12.8 sec @ 107.5 for 1/4 mile, so maybe I tied it or beat it by a hair, FWIW.

Dinan performance sucks these days. Its not what it used to be.

Stage 3 is comparable to a flash or Jb4, but its 10x more expensive. And they make you buy the FMIC which you really don't need.

Most ppl that care about performance have dropped them and went the flash tune route. It's just sad that no one wants to believe it until they forked over thousands of dollars.

If you are stage 3 right now, switching the tune to a flash tune will get you 3-5 more HP in the qtr mile without even looking at your logs.

While turbo cars aren't as impacted by altitude as naturally aspirated cars are, they are still impacted. That 4,200' altitude is sucking out a solid .5 seconds and 3-4 mph in trap speed. If you're seeing 110mph now, then I'd fully expect to see 113-114mph at a sea level track and somewhere in the neighborhood of a 12.3-12.5 depending on 60 foot.

Go to a track like Atco where byran_f22 runs and you'll see a solid .6-.8 second drop and 5-7mph gain assuming you're running in the dense fall/winter air and exceptional density altitude conditions which are often negative (i.e., more oxygen than sea level).

Yeah I definitely should have looked more closely at the first search result for DTLA elevation. For some reason, they picked a spot in the mountains. Elevation looks to be around 500 ft, actually.

UPDATE: Over the past month or so, I subjectively noticed an improvement in responsiveness and found myself reaching speeds much higher than expected given the amount I've hit the gas. I thought it had to be in my head, but I went down to my usual spot to test.

Like previous runs, I had a half tank of gas. Ambient temperature was 63 degrees.

I consistently got 4.3 seconds (fastest run: 4.28 in DSC Off mode). The rear tires had slightly lower pressure than previous runs, which also allowed me to use Launch Control (4.32). So yeah, it might just be traction, but I swear the tuner has been more apparent though I can't think why there would be any sort of burn-in period.

This was also the first time I burnt rubber, which happened in Launch Control. One of the tires didn't get traction initially, I think. I could see tire smoke. It was pretty awesome.
