Custom exhaust?

Has anyone done a totally custom axle back setup? I know plenty of people do a muffler delete with a custom Y Pipe, but what about welding in a Magnaflow or other muffler?

I have thought about modifying my Armytrix exhaust to bypass the muffler for more sound or noise rather
