I've been told Aug 20th delivery and I'm picking up about 50 miles from port. Hopefully doesn't really take that long

Seems a bit long, hopefully it will be sooner.
I was estimated delivery to dealer between aug 12-15.

Same here. 8/12-8/13 ETA. I'm in L.A., which is about 60 miles or so from port - 8/20 seems far out, unless you have every PIA available being installed...

Good to hear. Maybe my CA was just being conservative. This wait has been killing me. No PIA so shouldn't be any unnecessary time.

I hear you about the wait.
I started this journey 13 weeks ago and I'm now down to the final days.

Been tracking it's progress since the start of production. It's been fun, but now I just want my car.

Just contacted my CA again, and now he is saying will be 8/21. Said takes approximately 14 days from ships arrival... Is anyone else here doing European delivery? Maybe that's why I have a longer wait time?

Called BMWNA, and the car is still not at VPC. Once at VPC, they will be able to provide an estimate of how long it'll take to get to the dealer.

I live in AZ and my dealer says maybe the end of this week or weekend. I would hope you California guys should have them before that.

I think anyone with a standard delivery will get their cars sooner based on reading on the forum. ED takes a few days extra due to extra checks/fixes required.

I was also on the ELEKTRA, & as of today my car still @ VPC, I called BMWNA today and I was told that it should off been delivered today but there is a delay on cars leaving VPC and getting them on transportation trucks.
I was hoping for weekend delivery but not sure now. My dealer is 58 miles away from Camarillo/Oxnard Ca.

yup. CA called me today to inform me of the new delivery date - 8/18. took less time to cross the Atlantic Ocean.
