2019 Nav, Entertain., Communication Manual

Asked my sales rep to send me a hard copy of the latest Nav instruction book and I get a 109 page pdf. How do I get a hard copy after dropping 50K for my 240?

Love my new wheels but pissed about pdf downloads.

Me too but right now I really wish I had a PDF of that manual, I'm trying to figure out what the car told me on the way home yesterday.

UPDATE: Found one that's close enough. I guess it was telling me to expect a delay due to traffic. Also it offered an alternate route, right out of the blue, which was new to me.

I hate to break it to you, even though spending $50K seems like a lot of money to most of us when spent on a new car, it doesn't really register as "special" with BMW, Audi, MB, etc, when it comes to things like this. As far as those brands go, it's the same as spending half that much on a new Toyota or Chevy. We have BMW, Audi and GMC in our garage right now and from a brand and dealership experience, I can't say I notice anything "premium" with any of them compared to the others or to previous experiences with Dodge, Ford or Chevy. The only exception is the premium brands tend to charge premium prices for everything from initial purchase to accessories to service.
