Engine bay?

I’ll be installing my dp soon and I would like to do some cleaning under the hood once I’m finished. What does everyone use to clean their engine bays?

I've always used simple green before. Let it sit for a minute than spray it off

Just make sure your engine is completely cold and you cover your alternator with aluminum foil or something to keep the water off of it
