Beautiful Car!

My one complaint with the interior after sitting in it at the auto show, is the cheap plastic on the glove box door and the plastic glove box. I know these things are minor but the interior of the glove box especially didn't feel like it belonged in a BMW.

I have to admit I was really scared about the rear end, specifically the diffuser. I think it is a real strength of the E82 design, and the M235's rear in pics left a lot to be desired.

In person, I believe it looks a lot better, especially if you stand back and give it some room. Just my opinion.
I am really interested in what that diffuser (sic) looks like in person. I have been theorizing that picking a dark color might be the way I'd try to camouflage it.

Awesome car; best of luck with her.

Do you have the nav pkg? If so there should be some way to view the oil temp.

I just think this would be a fun fast little ride. In your opinion do you think this is quicker than a 335 with PPK on it. Essentially I think that's all this car is, the n55 with the PPK straight from factory. BMW states 4.8 0-60 times but in my opinion I feel BMW always states .4-.5 seconds slower than actual times. What's your take? Thanks!!
This car is really nice. I have a 2011 E90 MSport with Factory installed MPPK and I would say that they are about the same in the power dept. The M235 has the edge because of the 8spd transmission. The E90 feels very solid especially interior wise and has 4 doors (for me a plus for others??). Steering goes to the E90 because I have Active Steering but the M235 is not bad. The overall feel is similar. The M235 is for a younger crowd and comes with great looks and a lot attitude (Michelin Super Sports, Active Sound and aggressive facia)

Unfortunatley, nothing is grabbing me. I was hoping the 435 Msport would be for me, but its just doesn't and very large. Im having a tough time deciding if I want to change a car with only 10K or sell it and get Daddy a fun toy and get the wife a 335 GT Msport with PPK for the larger more responsible car. Or maybe I should just think of the E90 as the M235 GC
Very nice ride. Mine is exactly the same as yours just in Le Mans blue. I did the PPK a couple years ago and just have been hesitant to mod outside of warranty. That's why this little M235 seems appealing since it's quick stock and if the PPK comes out for it soon then I could just imagine. We just bought the explorer sport so we don't need the room in my car anymore. So I may bite the bullet and downsize. Plus my payments should be lower than the 335. Thanks for sharing!!

I think either of the whites are very good looking on this car! If I chose white, then I would definitely go with terra or coral inside. I really want to see terra in person, too!

The wheels look so tiny in comparison to the size of the car.

This is going to sound weird and really boring, but could you take some photos of "real life scenarios" with your 2? e.g., hauling groceries and such? Just trying to get an idea of how practical it can be with the seats down and such. I had a 135i and found it to be not horrible for everyday life, but definitely small in the cargo area. Just trying to decide between an M2 when it arrives and an M3.

I'm seriously reconsidering my color choice now after seeing how good AW looks

I have EB w/ Terra on order but now I'm thinking MW w/Coral Red might be a better choice ahhhh! Lol

OP, congrats! You made an awesome choice

I feel like this car is to the M3/M4 like the Porsche Cayman is to the 911.

Both beautiful choices. Also 1 and 2 on my list having decided against MG on coral.

I'm just a little worried that the EB/Tera combo might not work (clash or end up being too soft and not aggressive enough)
What do you think?

Awesome car; best of luck with her.
I was thinking the same thing - one of the reasons I ended up going with Black Sapphire Metallic. I should have mine in a couple of weeks, we shall see.
