Haha I wouldn't mind but that would be just silly as my car is going to be leased!

that wouldn't be silly at all. mines a lease and installed the mpe at home.

people have this idea that you can't modify a lease car. but you can actually do whatever you want. if its a BMW part you can leave it on without avoiding any warrantee, but if you have after market stuff, just take it off and put the oem back in. simple.

also at the end of lease, you can take off the mpe exhaust an sell it here as well.

Already have the M-Performance exhaust in my garage waiting to take delivery of the car next week. I'll be installing it myself.

SunMotorCars BMW gave me a FANTASTIC deal on this.. definitely try them before anything.

The parts guy I spoke to said they would be available end of this month. I think it was something like $210/tip.

Installed it yesterday and wow does it sound great!

Rented an exhaust pipe cutter from Autozone's 'loan a tool' program and it made quick work of the cutting. Of note however, was that I did -not- have a marked dimple on my stock exhaust to indicate where to cut. I found it very odd. I measured it out and cut approximately and everything worked out perfectly!

If you have to cut the stock exhaust to fit the MPE...then how do you revert back to standard at the end of the lease?

Re-use the clamp provided with the MPE.

I will have the stock muffler pipe welded back on for a clean finished look. That way I can sell the clamp and muffler to the new buyer so they will a complete installation kit like I did.

yea that would be nice of you, but honestly i don't think you'd need too. you're just dumping more money out of your pocket, since buying a new clamp won't cost that much.
