Correct that's Bill Jacobs BMW. I've dealt with four of the Chicagoland BMW centers and based on my experience, sales and service departments have been inconsistent. If that's the norm, that may explain why none made the list.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, neither Braman nor Vista in south Florida. Braman might have a chance, but still have a ways to go.

Autocheck and Carfax get 90% of their data from the exact same places. I feel that Autocheck has a greater data set than Carfax. I may be a bit bias since I architected and wrote the 2006 overhaul of the Autocheck system.

Also, Autocheck rules the commercial market and Carfax is directed at consumers.

I think these awards are given based on sales numbers, not customer service.

Probably. I've heard bad things about #1 and #19 completely robbed someone else I know on a lease. In the Pittsburgh area, I'd recommend Sewickley BMW. Good sales and service so far

A bit bummed to not see my "home dealership" BMW of Minnetonka on that list. Me and the two other guys I referred there, which led to three purchases, all have nothing but universal praise for that place. But hey, for as many dealerships as there are in this hemisphere, it can't be easy to narrow it down to such a short list.

Ha my first thought was "there's no way a Bay Area dealer will be on here" and sure enough... none.

Not a single dealer in the bay area and I can not say that I am surprised after the nightmare I went through to buy my car

This might make more sense cuz Advantage in Houston is horrible for servicing. I mean 85 people actually bothered to submit a google review and many services done there received 1/5.

I wish there was data like this available for Canada as well.

I bought my M4 from Keeler and I have no complaints, they helped me out with some warranty stuff with my 335i as well.

My store on this list (Circle BMW) doesn't give out a loaner unless you're 25. Not by our choice but due to our insurance policy. I'm sure it's the same at your store.

I've bought a dozen of my BMWs from Bob Smith. Great dealership. Deserves the award. (Of course, with all my experience and feedback I suspect that's one of the reasons Bob Smith got acknowledged.)
