Yeah gonna do cut outs to fit the quad pipes, I will also paint the edges the way the Autoplus is painted.

These guys seem to have it labeled as autoteknic in the description, but the pics say autoplus. So a bit confusing there, you might want to contact mod bargains directly.

Non CF:

http://www.**********s.com/bmw-f22-r...r-2-series.htm

And CF version:

http://]http://www.**********s.com/b...r-2-series.htm

I didn't want the CF look either, which is why I will paint a good part of it, just leaving the mid center region unpainted. But for the price I really didn't find anything that was as decently finished as the vicrez one, I haven't mounted it yet, but the finish and look of it is pretty good.

edit: hmm looks like mod bargains is banned? Maybe not a legit source then?

Based on the picture of the diffuser, and where the exhaust outlets line up with various body lines, trunk opening lines, taillights etc., they should work together from a spacing standpoint. That's assuming that the Akrapovik M2 exhaust and the BMW M2 exhaust have the same spacing for the outlets, which they should unless the Akrapovik exhaust requires a different diffuser.

Where, and how did you find that Bastuck diffuser, I searched for weeks to find something like that before making my own.

I would say you might be lucky here.

if you look at the spacing compared to other quad diffuser the exhaust cut outs on this one are closer to the centre. which would suit the M2 quads.

other quad diffusers I have seen have the cut outs further out to the sides ie the wrong way for the M2.

I'm located in Europe and this diffuser is sold only by few german online aftermarket parts website which buy it directly to Bastuck headquarters in Germany. I contacted Bastuck directly, they don't sell product directly to individual, we are obliagted to buy it from one of their authorized retailers.

I buy ordered it here :

http://www.ezt-autoteile.de/Auspuffa...o::293124.html

I don't know if they ship to USA but if some of you are interested by this product, i can buy it and send personaly to USA.

JerryW235, could you take the measurements in centimeters of the 2 lenghts in red please ?

I will receive the Bastuck diffuser next week and with the measurements of the M2 exhaust, i will be able to confirm if it fits.

Thanks !

Centimeters? What's that, here in the good old USA we measure in inches!

OK, the total outside distance, the top red line, is 36-1/2 in. / 92.7 cm. The inside distance, bottom red line, is 21-1/2 in. / 54.6 cm. Those measurements are somewhat dependent on the diameter of the tips. The center to center distance on the outer outlets is 33-1/4 in. / 84.5 cm., and on the inner outlets it's 25-1/4 in. / 64.2 cm.

Hope this helps.

Man that Bastuck diffuser is nice, complete OEM look but for M2 exhaust. I wish we had easy access to those here in the states.

And i hope it will really fit an M2 Exhaust. The Bastuck sale team told me " it should fit " but they never tried it. So i will be the 1st to try. And if it fits, i will ask for all of you interested the german retailler if they ship to the USA.

It really does look good. Now, if only they'll ship it to the US, I'm sure there are a few people here that would be interested. Too late for me though.

I think if someone organized a group buy or something, they might considered it, if there was like a definitive incentive like that.

Everything worked good ! Better than i tought. Many videos says that the Akrapovic line fits absolutely perfect the M2 and i can confirm it's also true for the M235i. This line is perfectly designed. With the Fabspeed Sport Cat, it sounds absolutely demoniac ! And especially without drone ( i have forgotten what is driving without drone because of my Fabspeed muffler delete / midpipe and what a pleasure ! )

The Bastuck diffuser is OK except a little shift between the diffuser and the bumper near the 2 reflecting red plastic pieces. Bastuck provided with the diffuser a tube of flexible PU adhesive which i should maybe use to help the " linking " ( https://tarcisiocaruana.com/images/p...0424190647.jpg )
