JB4 OBDII Question

I purchased the OBDII upgrade plug for a F series stage 2 rev 1 board. Do I still need to connect the red/black power wires? I know I need to update the firmware. Thanks

Edit: Nevermind I see I need them.

You need to connect the wires to your OBD extension that you have purchased

Note for everyone else reading: OP has the old version of the JB4 that uses POSI-TAP wires. New version JB4 will not need to do this
