Exclamation BMW OEM 2 Series All Weather Mats

Why do some of the parts sites claim to have genuine OEM all weather mats for 2 series yet BMW and the dealers show them as not available?

I personally prefer these. Had them on my 1-series as well. The F22 model is already out.

The problem with the liners vs just mats are they cover up the dead pedal. I have the liners on my X1 but want rubber mats on my M235. I think I saw them now on the BMW USA site.

2 Series mats are available. I got the fronts, rears, and cargo.
You could see the pics on Getbmwparts. I ordered mine from sunmotorbmw which is an ebay vendor, can't beat their prices.

That's my point... It's OEM and on the parts sites and an eBay vendor yet the BMW dealers don't have.

Sunmotors in pa is a dealer... They get it from warehouse.
You see it call them ask for Brian in parts department.

Interesting. Those things are heavy I bet shipping will cost lots…

why would it be BAU to Sun motors and the folks here we're going through this rigmarole just to see when it becomes available?

How ridiculous. Training is always an issue, The other side of that is resourcefulness, enthusiasm and pride and determination in what they're doing.

True good old-fashioned service lasts beyond the initial sale.

They are available on BMW USA through the parts link.

My only question - is there a version without the red trim?

Oh snaps. You have the red exterior. What color is your interior? And the red trim on the mat is it made to match the red exterior or is it made to match the red interior? I have Melbourne red with oyster interior. That means i can only get the red trim Mat if the red matches my exterior. If it's going to be off in color in that it was made to match the red interior instead, I am going to have to get the all black mats.

I've got the red interior so I'm thinking I'll get the red trim ones. Kind of breaks up the boring black carpeting (I hope).

I'm not color coordinating, I have an estriol blue with black interior.
I like the trimmed color over the tan or the full black mats that's avail.

My thing now is the trunk, the mat covers the holes for the cargo net.
I didn't see any areas I can utilize it.

I went with getbmwparts.com and got the black all weather floormats for $110 shipped. It arrived within a week and I couldn't be happier with the overall quality. I had to laugh when I saw the box they shipped it in. Picture on the side with the BMW logo in the top right corner and all!

The only problem so far... I'm still waiting for my 2er! (It sailed through Panama two days ago)

My interior is black over melbourne red so the red trim is a no brainer.

Posner Your metal kickplate and pedals were they hi grade adhesive, drill on, or snap in?

Dead Pedal is factory, so not sure, no screws so adhesive?
Clutch and brake Pedals are two pieces, a rubber part that snaps on, and then you drill holes to mount medal pedal part. gas pedal is adhesive and two small screws

The OEM mats are available at BMW dealers in Canada in either the all-black (preferred) or black w red trim set-ups. They cost around $150 Cdn.

Anyone knows what is the part number of the all weather OEM mats with the red trim. I have an AW w/ Dakota Coral Red interior on its way from Germany.

When you say dead pedal metal is from factory, are you also saying it is standard, or was it an add on? All the pics I've seen and in the configurator the dead pedal was metal yet I saw a fellow 2 addicts picture and his wasn't
, and guess what mine didn't come with one either.....
