On a M235I with a MSRP of $47,095 and selling the car for $44,100 with a total of $3930 out of pocket, payment is $526, if you do the MSD's with $7280 out of pocket, you getting back $3500 payment $490

Agreed. I just leased a 16' M235i x-drive with a MSRP of $51470 for $471/month with RI tax 36/12k with $6500 down.

I would shoot for about 10% off the list for the selling price.

My car's MSRP was like $46k? I drove off with just MSDs down + tax/title/license for $450 a month.

So you're playing all the tax up front instead of monthly? I have no idea but how does that work if you total the car 3 months in?
