question about my 2 series order

This is my first time ordering a custom car. I got my build sheet and production number around Wednesday. Up to today, my car still shows to be in the first step in BMW's vehicle tracker. Is it normal for it to take this long to get the vehicle into production?

I also see the "Priority" section on the Vehicle inquiry report and it shows priority 3 "Priority stock". what does this mean and why am I priority 3?

Thank you in advance for reading my post and your responses.

Yes it does take a while to show up in production. Took mine about 2 weeks. Call the 800 # as it seems to be updated more frequently than online.

My experience was similar to xantdieselx and agree that calling the 800# is your best bet.

Thank your for you two's advice. I called like you guys said and I was told by the machine that my car is in production with a completion date of 4/19 while the internet tracker still shows my car at the "order processed" step. So is the estimated completion date usually pretty accurate or will it changed later on (for better or worse)?

Mine was spot on. Check out the sticky on production tracking it will tell you everything you need to know about tracking it once it's built.
