I know what you went through, and I NEVER eat a chinese buffets on account of it. I once had to go lights and sirens back to the station, run in whilst ripping off my belt, vest and other equipment so that I didn't shit my uniform. I was a very close thing, and my co-workers knew not to get in my way just by the look on my face!

visited my mom and sister the other day and the story was, "Chinese food tonight" and i was like "oh really.... what's around here to eat?"

I love asian food, but i don't trust it. Fortunatly the power went off for 2 hours, so we had to get creative instead of ordering out.

I also have a friend who worked as an exterminator on the west coast, he's mentioned that he'll never get asian food again from a restaurant. Only time he'll make asian is on his own time. He's just seen too many bad things.

Yeah, I've found open doors on restaurants in Chinese restaurants in town. Nasty. One left giant bowls of rice uncovered out in the kitchen and there was flies all ove them. Disgusting. You know they were saving that rice for tomorrow. No thank you.

E coli can be on anything... If food services people aren't clean and don't wash their hands, you're going to get it, no matter what you eat.

I know exactly how it feels going to the bathroom 10+ times a day (sometimes i lose count) lol. I have ulcerative colitis (IBD) and let me tell you, its not fun especially when you have it for the rest of your life....this shit sux (literally) haha.

bad news guys, i felt better for a couple hours then the fever hit again, along with nasty liquid dumps...i snapped a pic, please don't get grossed out, but it just looks like someone threw sand into the toilet bowl...asshole hurts again, and im back to feeling like i did yesterday, not as bad as first night but bad enough that i don't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet....
