At least on the F3x platform the 4cyl xdrive cars use the same springs as the 6cyl RWD cars (in general), therefore if you got the m-perf springs for the M235/M240i it should be about right for your 230ix.
There aren't any specific xdrive m-perf kits since BMW never made xDrive m-perf front struts, that said, Bilstein B6/8 front struts will probably pair well with M-perf front springs (based on my B6 dyno data), and you can put the M-perf rear shocks in (don't put the Bilstein B6/8 rear shocks in, they're WAYYY overdamped).
