Very impressive! Did you win the lottery?
PS - You might get some more views of these two beauties if you posted in the general forum. Edit: Or perhaps the photos and videos section. |

2 little monster's! I prefer the BMW, checked out the RS3 at a car show and just didn't click with the aesthetics...I considered it especially with the rear bias config.

The RS3 car only go to 50% rear bias, due to the way the Haldex system works. It gets more rear drive more often than the other MQB cars such as the S3 and Golf R by locking the Haldex clutches more often and feels more rear biased by having the optional reverse staggered 255 wide front tyres with 235 wide rear tyres to reduce the rear grip over the front grip a little.

Awesome cars!
That RS3, at least in a straight line, will smash modified M2s, not to mention M240is or even some super cars...at least from my track experience. APR has one running 9's already and a stock one is already doing 0-60 in 3.6 seconds and almost 11s out of the box. An M2 will slightly edge it on the track or slalom and feel much more neutral, balanced, and fun...but the reality is, in the real world, the RS3 is a better everyday car with AWD and gobs of usable power. It's just too bad about that front engine overhang and somewhat bland styling for an RS car. Don't get me wrong..I'd take one in a second but a loaded one is 70K...yikes!

We don't know yet since we are still breaking in the RS3. BMW has a JB4, downpipe, Dinan midpipe, and BMS intake. I've seen these cars run 11.70 or better with these mods and magazines I've seen get 11.9 out of the RS3 stock. Probably won't do any mods on RS3 for a while since my wife drives it.
