Has to be. But how can they do that switch if the MPSS is the tire they are advertising for the car?

The MPSS had had supply issues for a long time. Some Porsche folks have waited months for replacement tires.

Do you remember where they're promoting MPSS? I'm looking at the specs page on BMW USA and all it says is:

"Double Spoke black, forged light alloy wheels (Style 437M), 19 x 9.0 front, 19 x 10.0 rear; and 245/35 front, 265/35 rear performance tires."

Looks like they only advertise 2-series/M240i with MPSS for MY17:
