it kinda annoys me that our 'open boot' button on the fob does nothing but slightly opens up the boot, then you still have to manually open the boot.

apparently the auto boot open mod only calls for a couple of die springs. has anyone tried the mod on their 2ers? any issue with it?

would highly appreciate a how to instruction sheet or video.

problem is that I heard the extra pressure usually wears out the struts prematurely so never bother trying it
