As a fellow Torontonian myself, this was my first new car after my 08 328xi coupe died. The xDrive has the M adaptive suspension so you will still retain the fun-factor. I don't mod my car much, I think the stock is more than enough power. The torque on the low end is amazing. In terms of reliability, N55 is a very good engine but when it comes down to the wire which one will last longer, it is unpredictable. This is is my DD car, with blizzaks tires, this winter was nothing for me, no slip or slides unless you force it yourself. I wanted a something a little more so I ordered M performance parts, the performance exhaust makes all the difference...
